I recently retired from Salem Health and Clinics as the Quality Assurance Administrator for the laboratory system. Responsibilities included the quality management system for four laboratories and several collection centers. I served as a College of American Pathologist surveyor and the safety officer for the laboratories. I am a certified green belt in Lean Six Sigma. At the state level, CAPE, I have nine years of experience. At the national level, I have four years of experience.
