Instructors

Senior Instructor Maureen Wisener

Maureen is a marketing, communications, and strategic planning executive currently working as a Marketing & Communications Account Manager for Adventist Health in Northern California. In her current role, she provides marketing support for four hospitals and more than 90 clinics across four counties covering rural parts of the northern state. She has considerable experience with numerous processes including, but not limited to, strategic planning, marketing, communications, project management, physician recruitment, volunteers, healthcare retail services, and mentoring. She is experienced with the Malcolm Baldrige criteria and has served as a state-level examiner for several years, including serving as a senior examiner. Maureen's extensive healthcare experience and abilities to mentor and manage people, functions, and processes are keys to her success as a leader and as a team member. Maureen is a member of the Rotary Club of Paradise and has served as club president as well as the chair for various committees. She is also an active volunteer and supporter of her church and other community organizations.
